Delivery method
TenderReady OS is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. The customer pack is delivered electronically to the email address used for the order or otherwise confirmed by the customer.
Delivery timing
Delivery is processed after payment confirmation. Please allow up to 12 hours for the delivery email, although delivery may be substantially faster.
What is delivered
The V1 customer pack contains the TenderReady OS Master Toolkit, START HERE guide, Quick Start Guide, Tender Analysis SOP & AI Workflow, editable Letter & Declaration Pack, Filled Sample Tender Case Study, and Licence & Important Notes.
If delivery does not arrive
If the delivery email has not arrived within 12 hours, check spam/junk folders and then email tenderreadyos@gmail.com with the order/payment reference and the email used at checkout.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and for keeping downloaded product files securely backed up.
