TenderReady OS is a self-serve digital preparation, organisation and decision-support toolkit for government tendering. The current public offer is TenderReady OS V1 at the price shown on the product page in Indian Rupees.
2. No outcome guarantee
Purchase does not guarantee eligibility, qualification, L1 status, award, payment, commercial success or profitability. The live tender, corrigenda, buyer instructions, portal conditions and prescribed formats always prevail over generic templates or guidance included in TenderReady OS.
3. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for verifying every material fact, date, eligibility condition, format, declaration, price, tax treatment and submission requirement against the official tender source before relying on it.
4. AI-assisted use
TenderReady OS may include prompts or workflows for use with third-party AI tools. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified against the tender source. The customer must follow its own confidentiality and data-handling policies.
5. Licence
The standard purchase grants the purchasing business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the supplied files for its own internal tender activity. Resale, redistribution, public sharing, white-labelling, sublicensing or use across unrelated client businesses is not included without written permission.
6. Support
Standard support covers access/delivery issues, broken or missing files, formula/file defects and basic feature-location clarification. Tender-by-tender consultancy, legal advice, bid preparation, submission, bank-guarantee arrangements and procurement representation are excluded.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment service provider. TenderReady OS does not request or store a customer's card number, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password on this website.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refunds & Cancellations Policy published on this website. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
The TenderReady OS brand, original workbook structure, guides, SOPs, written material and branded presentation are protected as applicable intellectual property. Official government tender documents remain the property of their respective issuers.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TenderReady OS is supplied as a decision-support product and the operator is not responsible for losses arising from a customer's tender outcome, buyer decision, portal failure, changed tender terms, third-party AI output, bank decision or unverified customer input.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts or forums having competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
