7-Day Fit Guarantee
TenderReady OS currently offers a 7-Day Fit Guarantee for the standard V1 purchase when that guarantee is displayed on the checkout/product page at the time of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email tenderreadyos@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Include the order/payment reference, the email used at checkout and a brief explanation of why the product does not fit your stated tender-control needs.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee is intended to let a genuine customer inspect the supplied system and determine whether it is reasonably suitable for the use described on the sales page. It is not tied to whether the customer wins or loses a tender.
Abuse and redistribution
A refund may be declined where there is credible evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, resale, redistribution, public sharing, white-labelling or other deliberate misuse of the supplied files, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Cancellation
TenderReady OS is a one-time digital purchase with no recurring subscription. There is no subscription to cancel. Once digital fulfilment has begun, cancellation/refund requests are handled under the 7-Day Fit Guarantee and applicable law.
